Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February (as amended), the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

Period

The 14-day period runs from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Catraio Craft Beer Shop of your decision, unequivocally, through one of the following means:

Return of the goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal, to the following address: [TO FILL: return address, if different from the store address].

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by: [TO FILL: customer or Catraio].

Refund

Catraio will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered), within 14 days of being informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Catraio may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Condition of the goods

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, namely: [TO FILL: applicable exceptions, for example sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery].
