Catraio Craft Beer Shop delivers orders throughout the national territory. Below you will find information on delivery times, costs and conditions.
Delivery times
- Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): [TO FILL: delivery time].
Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days. Orders placed after [TO FILL: cut-off time], as well as on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
Shipping costs

Carrier and tracking

Delivery of alcoholic beverages (18+)
The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer declares to be 18 years of age or older. Catraio reserves the right to request proof of age upon delivery.

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the packaging. If you detect any damage, record it with the carrier and contact us at info@catraio.pt as soon as possible.
